the staff was very friendly and happy to help. i used the lockers to store my luggage since i arrived early (very useful). the front desk provided me with a local map. it included locations to visit .
the shower lacked a proper door. water covered the bathroom floors every time i used it. i had to use a mop and bucket to dry the floors. noise traveled easily, reducing privacy, as i could hear reception conversations.

the studio balcony had modern decor with a well-equipped small kitchen. it was clean and well kept. the bed provided excellent comfort with quality linens.

the room was fully equipped with a kitchen, refrigerator, and sitting area. the bed had many pillows, and there were two flat tvs. i was traveling alone, so i found it super convenient with enough room around me. i also liked the automatic light in the bathroom at night.
the receptionist was unfriendly, she did not smile. water flooded after two minutes in the shower. it would have flooded the whole apartment if i stayed longer. there was no change of towels or removal of rubbish.

adequate but with issues
convenient location metro station easy communication poor cleaning replaced towels refreshed tissue
the location was quite convenient near several supermarkets. a metro station was also very close. communication with the staff was easy using whatsapp.
the room was not thoroughly cleaned upon my arrival. towels were not replaced and i had to request them. toilet tissue was also not refreshed unless i specifically asked.
